Returns + Refunds

14-day return policy - you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused, in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Personalised items or custom orders are not eligible for returns. Promotional discount sales are only eligible for exchange. All sale items are final.

* Please note that return postage is payable by the customer and the original postage is not refundable. We are not liable for any returns that get lost in the post, we recommend using a service that covers the cost of the order. 

Returns are to be sent to the following address: Rachel Akerman Studio, 146 Hendford Hill, BA20 2RG.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages + Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item or the item is defective, or damaged.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. Once approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 10 business days have passed since your return has been approved, please contact us.
