Delivery Information

Lead Time

Our standard lead time for processing and packing orders is 2-4 days unless otherwise stated on the individual product page. This may be longer during holidays and other busy times, however, you will be notified about this.

Some products have a longer lead time, for example when they are a preorder item, or when the item is made to order, or personalised. In these cases, the estimated lead time will be clearly stated within the product description.

When an individual order contains products of varying lead times the items will be sent in one package based on the longest lead time.

Carrier

All orders are posted using Royal Mail. 

UK orders will be sent using Royal Mail Second Class or Royal Mail Tracked 24, depending on your selection. Some large or higher value items will be sent Royal Mail Tracked 24 as standard. 

International orders will be sent using International Tracked Royal Mail. 

Domestic and International Rates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at the checkout.

Tracking 

If a tracked service is selected, tracking information will be sent to you in an email once dispatched. If your order has not arrived within the expected lead time, please check the tracking link before reaching out. If you require further assistance contact us at hello@rachelakerman.co.uk

Import Duties and Taxes 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Rachel Akerman is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
