Past Workshops
Doggy Drink & Draw
Our Doggy Drink & Draw was a fantastic evening of creativity, laughter, and wagging tails! Guests explored playful illustration prompts, quick sketches, and longer poses—all inspired by our wonderful four-legged models. Our canine companions stole the show, providing endless inspiration (when they weren’t too busy being pampered!).
Dorset Landscapes Collage Workshop
Inspired by Jeremy Gardiner’s Turning the Tide exhibition and Dorset’s unique geology, I led a children’s workshop at The Sherborne as part of their summer programme. Participants explored collage and mixed media techniques, incorporating maps, recycled materials, and hand-drawn elements to create their own artworks.
Festive Drink & Draw
This December, we hosted two special festive Drink & Draw evenings. With glasses of fizz in hand, attendees warmed up with playful drawing games—breaking the ice and sparking inspiration.
The sessions were a fun and relaxed way for people to connect, unwind, and explore their creativity, whether they were seasoned artists or just looking for a social night out.
Illustrated Foil Decorations
A cosy and creative morning crafting embossed foil decorations— made for the Christmas tree or given as gifts. Each attendee brought their own unique style to the workshop, designing beautifully intricate pieces inspired by folk art, desert cacti, and woodland treasures, all brought to life in shimmering copper.
Drink & Draw - Still Life
Another fantastic Drink & Draw evening at Studio Sherborne! We began with fun warm-up activities to help attendees relax, get to know each other, and spark creativity. Then, we moved on to a collage-based activity, drawing inspiration from a cosy still-life setup in the studio. A wonderful evening of art, conversation, and creative exploration!
